How do I pay for home care?

As a U.S. government initiative, Medicare provides health insurance coverage for individuals aged 65 or older. Beneficiaries who meet the eligibility criteria can receive 100% coverage for home health care services under Medicare.

Workers’ Compensation
It's important to note that if you require home care as a result of a work-related incident, your employer's Workers' Compensation benefits may provide coverage for some or all of the costs of your home care services.

Medicaid is a government program that offers medical assistance and health insurance coverage to individuals who meet certain income eligibility criteria. In the state of Massachusetts, MassHealth manages the Medicaid program. If you have MassHealth/Medicaid, we can assist you in determining which services you are eligible for.
